What does studying for the IB Diploma imply?
Although English at higher level is a subject within the IBDP at Felix-Klein-Gymnasium, a good standard of English must be a pre-requesite for successful participation in the programme. Even at standard level each subject demands intensive and regular work. PLanning, doing the research for, and writing the Extended Essay and fulfilling the CAS requirements are quite time-consuming. Diploma students must have and will continuously improve a good time-management, self-discipline and organising their work on a long-term perspective. Among many other IB-specific qualities it is especially these features that are an excellent preparation for university which will highly benefit IB graduates. The qualifications and skills gained in the IB Diploma Programme are highly esteemed worldwide.
